Marshawna “Sweet” Webb, Founder and CEO of Sweet Elegance Extensions, is the epitome of refined. She is a woman who holds many titles: Business Owner, Ordained Minister, Ministry Event Planner, IT Business Analyst, Mentor, Motivational Speaker, Mother and Wife amongst others. Collectively these roles have cultivated her passion for elegance and convenience. She’s incorporated her analyst background as a means of evaluating ways to gain efficiencies to her day.
One key efficiency was reducing the time spent on styling her tresses. She discovered the ease and convenience of extensions but struggled to find a quality extension company. After countless dollars spent she decided to establish her own company centered around providing an elegant yet convenient extension options for busy woman.
